Please attach your emerge --info and perl -V. Does reinstalling perl-core/Module-Build help? Attach the build.log too. And why does it say "sandbox:main signal SIGQUIT already had a handler ...". Strange.

I did a re-emerge of perl-core/Module-Build > all ok Then I did a re-emerge of sdl-perl and got this result: failed to emerge again, a slightly different message then the first one but still....
