With sys-apps/portage-2.1.6.11, when emerging anything, it returns the following error:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/lib64/portage/bin/ebuild", line 72, in ?
    import portage.util, portage.const
ImportError: No module named util


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

It seems that your portage installation got corrupted somehow. You can probably recover by following these instructions:

  http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/portage/doc/manually-fixing-portage.xml

I already tried using qpkg on another machine to fix it, but I guess that didn't work correctly. Thanks, again.
