Cirkuit is a KDE4 GUI for the Circuit macros by Dwight Aplevich, which is a set of macros for drawing high-quality line diagrams to include in TeX, LaTeX, or similar documents. Cirkuit builds a live preview of the source code and can export the resulting images in EPS, PDF, PNG or PSTricks format.

Renaming the ebuild to -0.2.1 and adding a DEPEND on virtual/poppler-qt4 worked fine om amd64.

Removed the sci-electronics herd from metadata as they are not interested in maintaining this package and they were never asked.

Then you should have moved the bug to maintainer-wanted@ from sci-electronics@ in the first place.
