New release. See the attached patch for simple updates from 1.10.1. 

I think this release inherited a fix for bug #206944 from a previous release since 1.10.1.

Please attach unified diffs (diff -u) when you did changes to an ebuild. That would be much more handy for our devs.

there is no reason at all to use EAPI=2.  ive added 1.12.4 to the tree w/out the src_compile since it works for me now.

Oops, I forgot to remove that. I was experimenting with a few patches in src_prepare. Nice catch.
