2009-06-16: cairo 1.8.8 release available

Renaming ebuild and removing epatch cairo-1.8.6-status-return-fix.patch (which is applied upstream) worked. Cleartype patch still applies (not using it though).

Importantly, it seems to have fixed the following firefox-3.5_rc2 error for me:

firefox: cairo-ft-font.c:554: _cairo_ft_unscaled_font_lock_face: Assertion `!unscaled->from_face' failed.

Will report if it crashes again...

yeah apparently repoman decided to be a PITA back then.
