Merging zziplib-0.13.55 fails because the configure script checks for python2.2 first. Building of the documentation then aborts due to the datetime module not being present for python2.2. See Bug #174189 - it seems the patch from there somehow got dropped. Applying the change in the patch fixes the issue for me.
