All bluez-* ebuilds depend on bluez-kernel ebuild. But, at least since vanilla-sources-2.4.22, this is not required anymore, as the bluez stack has been fully merged to kernel tree. Then, depending on kernel version, bluez-kernel dep has to be removed. Otherwise, one must manualy emerge inject this ebuild.
i suspect that all that we probably don't need to dep bluez-kernel to soon. maybe we should make a virtual for this.
well, for the moment all the kernel deps have been removed. fix some compile issues with bluez-bluefw with 2.6 kernel. so this is pretty much resolved for now. i'll take it up with other devs about whether we should put a virtual/bluez to see whether it is worth it. thanks for your report.
