Okay, let me put this on my overlay for about a week to test it then I'll add it to the tree. I'll maintain/proxy-maintain it. Let me know when/if there are new updates.
After some googling, the repo has moved. All Fedora projects are on git at http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/gitweb/. The packages of interest are at http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/gitweb/?p=setroubleshoot.git;a=summary http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/gitweb/?p=setroubleshoot-plugins.git;a=summary I'm not sure how this will do on Gentoo SElinux, but we can give it try.
Actual those repos were just the specs files. The sources are published here: http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/development/rawhide/source/SRPMS/
This is now in my overlay: http://git.overlays.gentoo.org/gitweb/?p=dev/blueness.git;a=commit;h=7b0ce069d4bc295abd06ba7e27207bc6f25266f5 Since this is probably only of interest to selinux, I'm reassigning the bug to our herd.
I moved this to the hardened-dev overlay where the entire herd can have access to it http://git.overlays.gentoo.org/gitweb/?p=proj/hardened-dev.git;a=commit;h=d6002a0237f682fc6e3f6bb2f897efb3ff2dfde5
