Openvz Kernel 2.6.18 028stab062.3 has been released a few weeks ago. Can we have an ebuild for this?

openvz-sources-2.6.18.028.062.3 was just added to the tree. But I really suggest you to upgrade up to 2.6.27.2.1-r1. We are going to stabilize it soon and it'll became the only version we support in near future.
