(oddly enough, i discovered the same exact problem with another package: bug #275866 for details on that. what is happening to the ebuilds? :(
That file should be available from http://www.flameeyes.eu/gentoo-distfiles/pambase-20090620.1.tar.bz2 I just installed the package successfully...
(In reply to comment #3) confirmed; the ebuild's SRC_URI="http://www.flameeyes.eu/gentoo-distfiles/${P}.tar.bz2" is available; normal "emerge -auDN" works again.
