Please can you either drop that version or move the file to the mirrors?

As far as I can see the 2.6.4 version is still only needed for ~dev-cpp/Ice-3.3.0 so you could probably get rid of it together with that, sounds cool?

I've fixed this, but I hardly call a 10k gzip file "big".
