It is a nasty bug, bacause it is blocking 'emerge world'.

This is not all that bad of a bug, a simple re-digest of the ebuild will permit you to emerge it. I am trying to get in touch with someone in the java herd to have them re-digest and commit it as soon as possible.

I did it already at one system. But I try to avoid manipulation of /usr/portage.

I just fixed it. The problem was that though file dev-util/netbeans/files/6.7/autoupdate.ui.fix.patch was marked for removal, cvs did not remove it from the tree on commit for some reason.
