Without kdedglobalaccel installed, yakuake is unable to use global shortcuts.  Without global shortcuts, the yakuake terminal cannot be activated and is unusable.

kde-base/kdedglobalaccel should be added as a dependency to either yakuake or to another kde package on which yakuake depends.

(Note: As of kde-4.3, kdedglobalaccel will be renamed kglobalaccel.)

kglobalcel is and will stay in kdebase-startkde.

Since kdebase-startkde is MINIMAL setup everyone should install this bug is not exactly relevant.
