The SRC_URI of dev-python/psycopg-2.0.8 and 2.0.9 should be changed to <http://initd.org/pub/software/psycopg/PSYCOPG-2-0/psycopg2-2.0.8.tar.gz> and <http://initd.org/pub/software/psycopg/PSYCOPG-2-0/psycopg2-2.0.9.tar.gz>

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =dev-python/psycopg-2.0.8

Actual Results:  
!!! Couldn't download 'psycopg2-2.0.8.tar.gz'. Aborting.
 * Fetch failed for 'dev-python/psycopg-2.0.8'


Expected Results:  
The package source tarball should be downloaded and built.

SRC_URI was correct when the ebuilds were added. SRC_URI is correct for 2.0.10 and 2.0.11, but tarballs for these versions probably will be moved to PSYCOPG-2-0 subdirectory when new versions are released.

Tarballs for 2.0.8 and 2.0.9 are still available on Gentoo mirrors, so maybe you should properly set GENTOO_MIRRORS variable.

You can try to convince psycopg upstream to use more constant location (e.g. real tarballs could be always in PSYCOPG-2-0 subdirectory and http://initd.org/pub/software/psycopg/ would contain symlinks to real tarballs.)
