Hi,

up until a couple of days ago I could emerge virtual-pcmcia-2.6.23 on my hardened system.

Now the package is blocked :-(

Please can you check into this.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. setup a system using /usr/portage/profiles/hardened/x86 as your profile
2. try and emerge -av virtual/pcmcia
