With media-libs/schroedinger-1.0.5 configure fails:
checking for SCHROEDINGER... no                                                                                                                               
configure: error: Requested 'schroedinger-1.0 >= 1.0.6' but version of schroedinger-1.0 is 1.0.5

Requested 'xcb-xv >= 1.1.90.1' but version of XCB Xv is 1.1
