Subject says it, localization-files (.po-files) go into /usr/lib/locale. But the
program searches them in /usr/share/locale.
So localization for epiphany doesn't work.

seem to be in /usr/share/locale here. can you verify with 1.0 ?

no longer a problem in 1.0.
