Caucho has released resin stable version 3.1.9 and 4.0.0 developer version. Is there any chance get these ebuilds! Reproducible: Always
I don't plan to maintain 3.1.x branch when 4.0.0 hits the tree.
Created attachment 202976 [details] ebuilds for resin-4.0.1, resin-servlet-api-4.0.1, glassfish-jsf-api-1.2.13, glassfish-servlet-api-2_beta58 Version 4.0.1 has been released one month ago. I started to create an ebuild by myself. It works on my amd64 machine. The archive contains ebuilds for: - dev-java/glassfish-jsf-api-1.2.13 - glassfish-servlet-api-2_beta58 - resin-servlet-api-4.0.1 - resin-4.0.1
The newer version 4.0.2 introduced a websocket api (html5) support: http://blog.caucho.com/?p=243 It would be helpful to have it in the portage.
Created attachment 214520 [details] 4.0.2 ebuilds I've adjusted ebuilds to the latest version. There are additional ebuilds in the tar ball. Some of them likeglassfish-jsf-api-1.2.14 require to download big packages like tomcat, jetty and glassfish-installer (64mb). Not sure if there is a better way.
resin-servlet-api added, JSF API added as dev-java/mojarra. We don't allow ant/maven/etc to download anything - basically the build needs to be done offline. I'm still working on Resin and mod_caucho.
mod_caucho-4.0.3 added, this should work also with other versions of Resin, so feel free to test. I'm still working on main Resin ebuild.
I've just added Resin 4.0.5 to the tree (still masked). If you find any issues please file a bug, if there are no show-stoppers I'll unmask it and target for stabilization.
