Description Hans de Graaff gentoo-dev Security 2009-05-31 08:21:38 UTC
Xavier, Lance: please consider stabilizing a newer version of gorg. Currently ppc and x86 have gorg-0.5 stable, but gorg-0.6.3 has been in the tree for a long time now, so I think it makes sense to stable that version. This may impact the website, so I'd rather not just pull in arches. Please do so if you agree that this version should be stabilized. Arches to include are: amd64 (no stable version yet) and ppc & x86 (gorg 0.5 stable).
Comment 1 Xavier Neys (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-06-02 16:51:52 UTC
FWIW, I only support the 0.6 series.
It's been tested on x86, amd64, alpha, sparc, ppc, mips & hppa.
I run it on amd64 at home and on x86 (pentium3) on its homepage.

www.g.o already runs the 0.6 series.
Thanks for asking.
