gloox-0.9.8 does not compile with gcc 4.3.2

gloox-0.9.9.5 compiles fine with gcc 4.3.2 for me so I'd suggest to stable 0.9.9.5 or to backport the compile fixes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -v gloox
Actual Results:  
tag.cpp:187: error: 'strncmp' was not declared in this scope
make[3]: *** [tag.lo] Error 1

Expected Results:  
no compile error

amd64/x86 stable, all arches done.
