Altough fceu doesn't need alsa-oss, gfceu does (or thinks it does). Fact is that if not installed an error message telling about the missing libraries is shown and no ROM can be started

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge gfceu (on an system without alsa-oss)
2.start gfceu

Actual Results:  
1. Error message
2. No ROM execution possible

Expected Results:  
1. No error message
2. Pressing "Execute" should load the ROAM
