I'm afraid I have to do this again.

Current version only built static archives, which means app-emulation/vice with USE resid built it in.

It was a mess, and this version fixes the issues.

Please test and mark stable, with or without vice.

Please remove the old, broken version from tree.. or i'll have to come back to this issue again. :|
