Do you have the source side syncing every 4 hours? The last update was at "Fri, 29 Aug 2003 06:55:00 +0000" (about 10 hours ago).
Now it is synced every 4 hours. (it was every 12 hours due a typo in the crontab) fixed.
I recorded a sync for 29 Aug at 19:55. 4 hours later should be approximately 00:00 (date -uR). Have you noticed any errors, or am I off on times?
