As of a couple of weeks ago, Yahoo changed their web site such that Finance::Quote is no longer able to retrieve foreign exchange quotes.  This bug has been reported upstream as number 46006.  In particular, this keeps GnuCash from updating currency quotes.

I will attach a patch and e-build update that should fix this issue.  The patch has been submitted upstream as well.
