Please find attached the updated ebuild for xmbmon.  It has the following
changes over the current 2.0.1 ebuild:

1. The (obviously) updated version number for the latest version of the software.

2. It only tries to build the xmbmon program of "use X" is set.

3. It applies the global $CFLAGS instead of the ones hard-coded in the Makefile.

I've attached a sample init.d and conf.d file for this package, since it appears
that the ebuild doesn't include these. mbmon does have a daemon mode, so these
files might come in handy.
