Description Thomas Capricelli 2009-05-27 11:01:20 UTC
This application is used to create binaries from python program. Those binaries do not request python to execute, this ease deploiement and release of python program.
It is quite known and used, and i'm actually surprised it is not in gentoo already. Unfortunately i dont know how to create ebuilds.

Reproducible: Always

the next version is about to be released and feature improved linux support.
Comment 2 Arne Babenhauserheide 2011-02-21 13:37:52 UTC
Please remind me of this bug after 4th march. When I find the time I’d like to try to build an ebuild for it myself. Can’t make promises, though (I didn’t yet examine it closely enough to know if it suffers from the same ideology as waf: “you should add the build system to your source tree”

Feel free to reopen if you want this ebuild in the tree.

This is rather a WONTFIX, isn't it ? Or OBSOLETE ?

Yeah, whatever. :)
