I just noticed the nopaste website went down so this e-build should be masked, at the very least. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge nopaste 2. nopaste <any text file> 3. see the crash

As this package is pretty useless now, I took the liberty to mask it and add a message to package.mask saying app-text/wgetpaste is the suggested replacement.
Ben, Please at least update the whiteboard, keywords, and include the mask message if you are going to continue working on treecleaner bugs in the future.
