Switched the source to rsync1.de.gentoo.org, hopefully this will fix the lag-behind issue.

It has gotten worse, at Sat Oct 24 01:56:08 UTC 2009 271276 rsync ERROR Portage at rsync://195.95.205.245 is lagging (delta is 00d 15h 40m 54s)
