dev-tex/mh, pulled in as a dependency from app-text/texlive-2008 (and its last dependency which needs to be build) fails.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
USE="X extra png science truetype -cjk -context -cyrillic -detex -doc -dvi2tty -dvipdfm -games -graphics -humanities -jadetex -latex3 -music -omega -pstricks -publishers -tex4ht -xetex -xindy -xml" emerge =app-text/texlive-2008

Note the double slash at the beginning of //var/lib/texmf/web2c/tex.fmt
The file /var/lib/texmf/web2c/tex.fmt does exist but `equery belongs` can't find the package to which it belongs.

Thanks and sorry for the noise! I've been using texlive for over a year now and the problem hit me just now.
