Fixed in the eclass. After the switch in the default location of the installation of perl modules (from wherever to specifying vendor) makemaker needed to be instructed to the exact location for module installation. Google will show this to be a common and generally ignored problem. However, in compliance with FHS I have reset this. This will correct all *future* module installations.
