I created a new portage entry for the XML::GDOME perl module Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Created attachment 16371 [details] The portage entry This file contains the complete portage directory
Created attachment 16372 [details] The portage entry This file contains the complete portage directory
Created attachment 16373 [details] The portage directory packed as a .tar.gz file This time it should work; it seemes as if the multipart-parser cannot handle multiparts posted by the konqueror. This has been posted with Opera. The above two attachments seem to be corrupt.
Hm, silly. Every time I post a file I get this error message: ------------------------ Status: 400 Bad request (malformed multipart POST) Content-type: text/html Software error: Undefined subroutine &main::ThrowCodeError called at Bugzilla/CGI.pm line 78. For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@gentoo.org), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. Content-type: text/html Software error: [Wed Aug 20 12:03:41 2003] processmail: Undefined subroutine &main::ThrowCodeError called at Bugzilla/CGI.pm line 78. Compilation failed in require at ./processmail line 31. For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@gentoo.org), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. ---------------------- But it seems as if the attachments are correct...
Does this module add support for any existing or proposed ebuilds? Gentoo policy at this time is not to add perl modules unless they are a dependancy of another package - otherwise we recommend installing yourself from CPAN.
This module requires XML::LibXML, XML::LibXML::Common, XML::SAX, libxml2, gdome2
But is it itself a dependancy? Perl modules are only added as they add support, not in of themselves.
No, it isn't.
got caught as a dependancy for another app :)
