Recently a friend bought me a vcd-based chinese movie and I couldn't find a way to play it with totem. 
Ebuild follows..

This should be built as part of media-libs/gst-plugins-bad, it does not have any extra dependencies. Yes it is Linux-only, but it just won't be built if you try to build on non-Linux.
I removed it from the eclass, so it will now be built as part of the base package. If you want it, just re-emerge gst-plugins-bad.
