rsync.us.gentoo.org is refusing connections.

rsync.us is the community rotation, this should have been assigned to the mirrors team.

mirror-admins: looks like RPI is down, file it with them and drop from the rotation in the meantime.

Dropped rsync18.us.g.o from rotation.. CC'ing the admins on record to figure out what's happening.

I think I fixed the current rotation. Closing for now due to no response from admins. If the problem continues to happen please open a new bug. Thanks.
