i discovered that portage does not contains docuementation files for fpc-ide, then i make ebuild for it

Documentation for fpc-ide is installed as part of fpc (with the doc USE flag set), but it is installed in PDF format. If fpc-ide needs it in HTML format, then fpc should install it in HTML format.

fpc-2.2.4-r1 with USE=doc now installs documentation that fpc-ide can use, and the fpc-ide installation gives a message about it. Thanks for the report.
