Subversion fails when compiled with the ruby USE flag

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge subversion
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Many, many errors like the ones below in svn_client.c:

Please provide emerge -pvq subversion.

With USE="ruby"

A little more probing reveals that it does actually build when I "eselect ruby set 1" (ruby18) before emerging.

However, when ruby19 is selected, the errors in build.log occur.

Please test with Subversion 1.6.2.
