mythfrontend does not build /usr/lib/mythtv/filters/liblinearblend.so which is
required for deinterlacing.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge mythfrontend

Actual Results:  
/usr/lib/mythtv/filters/liblinearblend.so is missing.

Expected Results:  
/usr/lib/mythtv/filters/liblinearblend.so should be created.

emerge mythtv builds the library.
