according to the configure.in files and nagios quickstart guides the mentioned option should be '--with-command-group', not '--with-command-grp'. i skipped the ebuild version since it concerns all active ebuilds, 2.12, 3.0.6-r1 and 3.1.0 on at least x86 and amd64.
i didn't find any files of the group 'nagcmd' which is used in the nagios docs and an 'rgrep -i nagcmd' on '/etc/nagios' and '/etc/apache2' didn't find any config files containing that group so i think there's no problem caused by this.
