Please stabilize gnome-base/gnome-desktop-2.24.3-r1.
It only fixes the honoring of LINGUAS in translation installation compared to gnome-desktop-2.24.3 (if LINGUAS is set to be a specified list in make.conf, no translations get installed at all with -r0)
