Description Rémi Cardona (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-05-09 00:08:25 UTC
Hi HPPA folks,

I've just made a change to mesa's ~hppa ebuilds (7.4 and up) to drop the special case that was made for you back in the day when driproto was not keyworded on hppa.

Could you guys let me know if everything build/works fine for you? I see no reason why this would fail. In fact, I'm pretty sure mesa's build system actually picks it up since the xf86driproto is required by xorg-server...

Anyhow, please let me know how it goes.

Thanks

So the thing now is to test whether >=media-libs/mesa-7.4 is working?

Yes please :)

Mesa's software renderer within the server is now a proper DRI driver, so if that works, then it's good.

Seems fine to me.
