Does "make prepare" in /usr/src/linux" fix it? Make sure /usr/src/linux points to the correct kernel sources. If it still fails post the build.log.

wow... fixed with make prepare. thanks.
I've done a make clean some times ago. Whatever, there's a way to check this in the ebuild? Maybe the safe solution would be to launch make prepare before compiling the module, but probably the sandbox could have something to argue :p
