Currently pygtk 2.14.1 cannot be installed due to digest verification failure.
I've re-synced my tree to make sure!

Workaround is:
cd /usr/portage/dev-python/pygtk; ebuild pygtk-2.14.1.ebuild digest

Reproducible: Always

The actual result when trying to emerge:

 * Reason: Filesize does not match recorded size
 * Got: 2075
