dev-texlive/texlive-pstricks is HUGE. Since it is really lots of smaller losely related packages (like pdftricks pst-2dplot pst-3d pst-3dplot ...) I suppose it shouldn't be so hard to divide it to several smaller packages. The candidates which seems to me like most logical to put to other packages are pst-geo (seems to be bigest download and in same time something which I probably never need) and all 3D stuff.
