In the "Code of conduct"[1] page, section 3 item "Consequences" there is a dead link[2] to Project "Devrel" [3] , which should be corrected.

I've updated the link because someone else complained about it being broken

I changed coc.xml in section "Consequences" from 
<uri link="proj/en/devrel">DevRel</uri> 
to
<uri link="/proj/en/devrel">DevRel</uri>
