New version of deluge released yesterday (25.04.09).
And maybe it fix the crashes in 1.1.6 that I posted here http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=267431

Because there said:
"# Add workaround for 'address_v4 from unsigned long' bug experienced by users with 64-bit machines. This bug is fixed in libtorrent 0.14.3." in Changelog
So it would be greate to upgrade libtorrent else :)

Simply copied net-p2p/deluge-1.1.6.ebuild to portage overlay as version 1.1.7 and it has installed well on my amd64 system.
