Please stabilize dev-ruby/rcairo-1.8.0.

I think there is something wrong with rcairo. It installs rcairo-1.8.0.gemspec into /nil/specifications.

It seems to work fine for me. Could you provide some more info. This would be useful:

ruby -r rbconfig -e 'puts Config::CONFIG.inspect'

Ok, so as I expected your ruby doesn't have the 'vendorlibdir' key that is used to determine where to place the gemspec file.

I'm not sure why Diego decided to put it there, or why your version does not have this key (I noticed that your are using 1.8.6, not sure if that is relevant), so I'm not sure what the right fix is here.

Just wanted to confirm the bug. The same problem exists here as well.

Diego has fixed it in the tree and the issue is gone.
