When trying to emerge app-editors/xxe-4.3.0 without the ‘minimal’ use flag, the file <URL:http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_download/xfc_foprocessor-4_3_0.zip> is downloaded. Its size does not match the one stored in the ebuild.

Emerge fails with the following message:

!!! Fetched file: xfc_foprocessor-4_3_0.zip VERIFY FAILED!
!!! Reason: Filesize does not match recorded size
!!! Got:      579959
!!! Expected: 579962
