Bug 26723 – XawTV depends on unneeded media-libs/zvbi

XawTV ebuilds ( 3.86-r1 and 3.88 ) both depends on media-libs/zvbi which isn't
needed for XawTV to build. This should be optional or be in there for some good
reason as XawTV works perfectly fine without it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge xawtv
2. 
3.

Actual Results:  
media-libs/zvbi gets merged

Expected Results:  
media-libs/zvbi shouldn't be merged

zvbi is an optionnal dependency, look here :

Bryan, what do you think? Please add a patch to the ebuild for a USE flag if necessary.

Ok, I've modified both the xawtv-3.88 ebuild and the xawtv-3.90 ebuild. Patches are included. This introduces a new 'zvbi' USE flag, as suggested by Donnie. The patch against 3.88 will also apply cleanly for the stable ebuild 3.86-r1 as well as 3.88.1.
