This ebuild addresses bug 24710 (ipv6 support) and 26677 (security bug).

Unfortunately exiscan dropped its old configuration type support.

I also removed the exiscan-acl and exiscan use flags.  The second because there
is no support any longer, and the acl one, because it doesn't "hurt" other
patches,... and is not official.

I also tried to add sa-exim support (bug 21696), but exim would not compile.

exim-4.21 is now in portage with ipv6 support and exiscan-acl is still in there.  exiscan has been removed.  Please test this new version.

exim-4.22 has been added to portage.  please test.
