Description Morten Lied Johansen 2009-04-21 21:10:18 UTC
If you enable the USE-flag gstreamer, wxGTK is supposed to build with mediactrl support, and pull in gstreamer as a dependency. If you build this, the configure script will complain that it can't find gstreamer.

Further investigation shows that at the same time it's checking for gstreamer, it also checks to see if it finds gconf. Since gconf isn't a dependency, this doesn't always work, and the mediactrl fails to build.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unmerge gconf
2. Enable USE=gstreamer
3. Emerge wxGTK

Actual Results:
Configure complains that it can't find GStreamer, and wxGTK is built without mediactrl support

Expected Results:
Configure should find gstreamer and build with mediactrl support.
