hi.

Test::Manifest looks in the t/test_manifest file to find out which tests you
want to run and the order in which you want to run them. It constructs the
right value for MakeMaker to do the right thing.

I suggest dev-perl/Test-Manifest.

I realize this is a dep for the rss feed ebuild, but unless there is a package that will rely on these modules, current policy will not allow us to add these ebuilds to portage. I'd recommend giving g-cpan a try, or simply installing them via CPAN.

These wouldn't by chance be for the website rss feed, would they? (That would be an argument for their inclusion, though I thought avenj was working that angle).
